SharedIntel AI provides AI strategy consulting, workflow automation implementation, training programs, self-paced online courses, prompt libraries, and related educational materials and professional services for the print, promo, signage, and graphic communications industry (collectively, the "Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for consulting and implementation engagements are defined in individual proposals or statements of work agreed upon between the parties prior to commencement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By using the Site or purchasing Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration and Security
Certain Services, including access to online courses and member resources, require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@sharedintelai.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being misused.Account credentials are personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to other individuals. One purchase grants access to one individual user unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Purchases and Payment
All fees for Services are stated in the applicable service description, proposal, or invoice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.Fees for self-paced courses are due in full at the time of purchase. Fees for consulting and implementation engagements are due in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in the applicable proposal or statement of work.All prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital and consulting services, we maintain the following refund policy:Self-paced online courses are non-refundable once access has been granted. We stand behind the value of our training materials and encourage you to review all available course descriptions and previews before purchasing.For live training programs and consulting engagements, refunds are not offered as a standard practice. If you believe the value delivered did not meet the stated objectives of the engagement, you may submit a written dispute to contact@sharedintelai.com within fourteen (14) days of the engagement's conclusion. A partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion, provided that you can demonstrate documented evidence that all exercises, assignments, and participation requirements of the training were genuinely attempted. If no meaningful attempt to actively engage with the training content is evident, no partial refund will be issued.This policy exists to ensure that refund requests are assessed fairly and that the training process is given a genuine opportunity to deliver results.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, prompt libraries, training documentation, frameworks, methodologies, templates, and software — is the intellectual property of SharedIntel AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials provided to you through your purchased Services for your own internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of our materials without prior written consent from SharedIntel AI.For consulting and implementation engagements, any custom deliverables created specifically for your organization (such as custom prompt sets, automation workflows, or documentation tailored to your operation) are yours to use internally upon full payment. However, SharedIntel AI retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, and general knowledge, and may use anonymized learnings from engagements to improve its services
.7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site or Services in any manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation; infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of SharedIntel AI or any third party; involves the unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or resale of course materials, prompt libraries, or any other proprietary content; attempts to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, our systems, or any connected networks; introduces viruses, malware, or other harmful code; or interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Site.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Services, without refund, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms.
8. Scheduling and Consultations
Consultations and meetings are scheduled through Calendly and conducted via Zoom. You are responsible for attending scheduled appointments at the agreed-upon time. If you need to reschedule, please do so through the Calendly link provided with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session without credit or refund.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SharedIntel AI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific business results, outcomes, or return on investment from the use of our Services. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your team's engagement, implementation effort, and business environment.

Our training, consulting, and materials are intended to inform and support — not to replace — your own professional judgment, internal company policies, or legal obligations.You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for how you interpret, apply, and act upon any information, strategy, recommendation, or training provided by SharedIntel AI. 11. Use of Artificial Intelligence
SharedIntel AI teaches, implements, and builds workflows involving third-party artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and related large language model platforms. The following terms apply to all Services involving artificial intelligence.AI in Our Service DeliverySharedIntel AI may use artificial intelligence tools internally to assist in the development of training materials, prompt libraries, documentation, workflow design, and other deliverables. All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed and refined by our team before delivery to clients. The use of AI in our process does not diminish the professional quality or applicability of the work delivered.Accuracy and Limitations of AI OutputsArtificial intelligence systems, including large language models, generate outputs that are probabilistic in nature. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, fabricated information (commonly referred to as "hallucinations"), outdated references, biased language, or errors of logic or fact. These limitations are inherent to the current state of AI technology and apply regardless of how well a prompt is constructed.SharedIntel AI does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated output — whether produced during a training session, generated from a prompt library we provide, or created using a workflow we have built for your organization. It is your responsibility to ensure that any data entered into AI tools complies with your organization's data privacy policies, your contractual obligations to your own clients, and all applicable data protection laws including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, and the Australian Privacy Act.We strongly recommend that clients establish internal AI use policies governing what types of data may and may not be entered into third-party AI systems, and we are available to advise on the development of such policies as part of our consulting services.Compliance and Responsible UseSharedIntel AI provides training and tools to help your team use AI effectively and efficiently. We do not monitor, control, or take responsibility for how your team applies AI tools after our engagement concludes. You are responsible for ensuring that your organization's use of artificial intelligence complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing data privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, employment, accessibility, and industry-specific requirements (such as financial services, healthcare, or government contracting regulations where applicable).AI regulations are evolving rapidly across jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to stay informed of legal developments affecting your use of AI and to adjust your practices accordingly. SharedIntel AI does not provide legal compliance advice and recommends consulting qualified legal counsel for jurisdiction-specific guidance.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SharedIntel AI, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, regardless of the theory of liability.Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to SharedIntel AI for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
